Galapagos trekking
Trekking in the Galapagos; a unique combination of the
wildlife, volcanoes and geology of the Enchanted Isles, the Galapagos Islands
there is nothing in the world quite like them, it is a dramatic and beautiful
world of volcanic landscapes and fearless animals: Giant Tortoises, Fur Seals,
Sea Lions, Land and Sea Iguanas and many species of birds. A visit to this
impressive wildlife sanctuary will be a memorable experience for those who
appreciate nature.
Located in the Pacific ocean and approx. 1000 km off the
coast of Ecuador, directly on the equator, the isolation of the islands has
permitted life forms to evolve into species found only in Galapagos. This was
observed by Charles Darwin, and his research contributed to the fame of the
islands.

Trekking in the Galapagos; a unique experience, a journey
into the unknown. Each step is one of exploration that leaves behind the
boundaries of your own world and leads you deeper into a new world; one of
beauty, adventure and personal discovery, a combination of the wildlife,
volcanoes and geology of the Enchanted Islands.
Trekking in the Galapagos Islands has become very popular
and is amongst our favourites. It is possible to spot more animals hiking
around the Islands in 1 hour than 1 week anywhere else.
There are some interesting hikes in the Galapagos: Sierra
Negra Volcano, Volcan Alcedo, Santa Cruz highlands. You can also enjoy more
mild walks on lava fields, on secluded beaches and other pristine areas.
